1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using URCOSMO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

URCOSMO is a personal life-management platform: tasks, calendar, reminders, journaling, goal tracking, document storage, and related tools, provided for individual, personal use.

3. Your account

You sign in through Google or GitHub and are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use URCOSMO to store or distribute unlawful content, attempt to access another user's data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content is yours

You own everything you put into URCOSMO. We claim no rights over your content beyond what is technically required to store and display it back to you. You can export your data at any time, and deleting your account deletes your content.

6. Privacy

How we collect and handle data is described in Your Privacy Rights, which forms part of these terms.

7. Plans and billing

URCOSMO offers Free, Pro, and Plus plans as described on the pricing page. Paid-plan billing terms will be added here when payments launch.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

URCOSMO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
